Skitzo Worldwide will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery times. However, we are not responsible for any delays beyond our control, including but not limited to delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

Skitzo Worldwide accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
