Refunds for standard, non-customized products are available within 5 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for custom bespoke pieces. These items are specially crafted according to your specifications and are unique to you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

To request a refund for eligible products, please contact our customer service team at question@skitzoworldwide.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
